At Bareilly Wholesale Online Kite Store, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase; however, due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted kites and kite-flying accessories, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any defects or shipping errors.
- 2.Submit Proof of Damage
Provide high-resolution photographs or a short video of the damaged kite or incorrect product along with your original order invoice.
- 3.Verification and Approval
Our quality control team will review your claim within 3 business days to verify the issue and approve the return or exchange request.
- 4.Secure Packaging and Pickup
Once approved, pack the item in its original wholesale packaging to prevent further damage and we will arrange a reverse pickup from your location.
